Jordan works as a part of the acquisitions and asset management teams. He specializes in underwriting multifamily assets and is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities in our target markets. He also regularly studies new markets, analyzing which markets could provide new opportunities.

Jordan assists the asset management team in monitoring the portfolio’s financials, ensuring SB Pacific’s assets are meeting or exceeding expectations. He visits assets often to make sure the right short-term plans are in place to keep the asset running efficiently, as well as connect with respective management teams.

Jordan received a B.A. in Finance and International Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Prior to joining the SB Pacific team, he worked as a real estate broker. In his free time Jordan likes to play soccer, travel, and spend time with family.
