Drawing on his prior experience as a successful licensed contractor and business owner, Kevin brings over 25 years of construction experience and project management knowledge to the team. He coordinates and oversees every aspect of construction across the portfolio. He fosters contractor relationships, solicits bids and coordinates all contracting work from conception to completion. Kevin works closely with Peter to prioritize, and efficiently complete projects on time and within budget. Kevin is a lifelong resident of Louisiana having played college football at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. He currently resides in New Orleans where he spends his free time enjoying live music, great restaurants, and socializing with friends and family. He is a firm believer In the city’s motto “Laissez Les Bon Temps Roule” Let The Good Times Roll.
