As Director of Asset Management, Peter Forster is responsible for the oversight of SB Pacific Group’s vertically integrated management and day-day operations for over 3,500 units in the SB Pacific Group portfolio.  Peter reviews and approves the annual budgets, works with the property accountants to calculate monthly owner distributions, and reviews the monthly financial statements analyzing property efficiencies and recommending opportunities for improved performance.  Peter works closely with the Director of Construction reviewing bids and scope of work for the value-add and construction projects throughout the portfolio.

Prior to joining SB Pacific Group in 2016, Peter was a Regional Manager for one of the largest residential management companies in New Jersey and a market maker trading NASDAQ and NYSE stocks.  Peter lives in Marin County where he enjoys the beautiful California weather.
